THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1) Eligibility: The “It’s Your Choice” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to individuals who are legal residents of PA, WV, DE, MD, VA, OH, NC, NJ and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of Chrysler LLC ("Sponsor") and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep® dealers and any advertising and promotion agencies associated with this Sweepstakes in any way, and members of the immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents, children and their respective spouses) or households of each such employee, are not eligible. 2) How To Enter: To enter, go online to www.itsyourchoicesweeps.com between 12:00:01 am ET on May 1, 2009 and 5:00 p.m. ET on April 30, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”) and follow the instructions to enter. Entry will also be available via online kiosks and through representatives at Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep® booths at select events in PA, WV, DE, MD, VA, OH, NC, NJ and the District of Columbia throughout the Promotion Period. You will receive one entry into the Bi-monthly Prize drawing for the then current two month period, and one entry into the Grand Prize drawing for each entry submitted. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, per day, regardless of method of entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is the 24 hours between 12:00:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET. Use of any automated software for entry is prohibited. Entries made by the same person with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any agent or other device or artifice to enter multiple times, will be deemed invalid. Only fully completed online entry forms are eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for errors with respect to completion of the entry form. 3) Bi-Monthly Drawings: One (1) Bi-Monthly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each two month period of the Promotion Period. The bi-monthly prize drawings will occur within approximately seven days of the end of each two month period. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent bi-monthly prize drawings. 4) Grand Prize Drawing: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period, including Bi-Monthly Prize winning entries, on or about May 7, 2010. 5) Prizes/Odds: Bi-Monthly Prize (6): a $250 VISA gift card. Gift card is subject to terms set by issuer. The odds of winning a Bi-Monthly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the particular drawing. Limit one (1) bi-monthly prize per person. Grand Prize (1): a cash allowance of up to $30,000 towards the purchase of one new Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep vehicle. Maximum retail value: $30,000. The allowance may be applied towards the purchase of a single Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $30,000 or less (including factory options). If the MSRP (including factory options) of the selected vehicle is less than $30,000, the difference will not be awarded in cash and winner will forfeit the unused amount of the allowance. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Vehicles subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner must present a valid U.S. driver’s license to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for all title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, applicable sales tax, if any, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of Grand Prize vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her Grand Prize vehicle at a dealership to be determined by Sponsor. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received vehicle. Delivery of a Grand Prize vehicle subject to production and delivery schedules. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 6) General Terms: Administrator is responsible for conducting this Sweepstakes and Administrator's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be contacted via phone and/or email at the Administrator’s discretion and provided with information on how to claim prize. Potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where requiring a publicity release is prohibited) within ten (10) days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period, or the return of winner’s prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and prize will not be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 7) Online Terms: Administrator assumes no responsibility for incomplete entries, which will be deemed void. Administrator is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the transmission or processing of the registrations in this Sweepstakes. Administrator assumes no responsibility for damage caused by computer virus or otherwise, to any computer resulting from entrant’s access of the Sweepstakes website or participation in the Sweepstakes. All Internet access and usage charges are the responsibility of the entrant. If for any reason this online Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Administrator, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, award prize from entries received as of the date of termination. Persons found tampering with, or abusing any aspect of, this Sweepstakes, or whom Administrator believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entrant will be the account holder of the email address from which entry was received. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Administrator with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. 8) Release: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and instructions and the decisions of the administrator. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, biographical information and/or statements for advertising or promotion on behalf of Sponsor in all media worldwide without limitation, notice or further compensation, except where such requirement is prohibited by law. By participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of any prize, entrants and Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its dealers, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and any and all other companies associated with this program, including but not limited to Administrator, and their respective officers, directors and employees, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Michigan, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Oakland County, Michigan. 9) Winners List: For the names of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: “It’s Your Choice” Sweepstakes Winners List, 4040 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 310, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
